Let’s say you have been using Apple’s iTunes program to manage, download, purchase music and movies. Now you have a Microsoft Surface with Windows RT or Windows 8 Pro, and you want to transfer your own video & audio contents from iTunes to the Microsoft Surface tablet for playing. Unfortunately, for the iTunes purchased .m4v movies, .m4b/.aa audio books and preceding-2009 .m4p songs, due to they are attached with Apple’s “FairPlay” DRM protection, the Microsoft Surface RT and Surface Pro have no permission to access them.

To make these DRM-restricted iTunes media files playable on these Microsoft Surface Tabs, you will need a third party application to remove DRM from iTunes. Here comes Aimersoft DRM Media Converter to help you achieve this goal. This application features DRM Removal and Media File Conversion. With it, you can easily convert the DRMed iTunes video and audio files to the plain, Surface-playable file formats such as, .mp4, .wmv, .mp3, .wav, etc.
