How to Rip Movies from DVD to HP TouchPad

The HP TouchPad has a 9.7 inch, 1024×768 pixel and multitouch capacitive touch screen. The HP TouchPad runs webOS 3.0 and its internal memory is up to 32G. Besides, the battery of it can last about 9 hours. All these feathers make the HP TouchPad a perfect media player for you to watch movies on the go.

However, if you want to watch DVD movies on HP TouchPad, you will need a professional DVD converter, because for video, the HP TouchPad only supports MPEG-4, H.263, H.264, but DVD is in VOB format which is encoded MPEG-2. What’s worse, today many DVDs are encrypted to reject copies. Thus, you can’t just simply transfer DVD films to the HP TouchPad. However, if you get a good DVD converter, these problems will be tackled easily.

The following steps will teach you how to rip DVD movies to the HP TouchPad:

Step1:Free download Aimersoft DVD Ripper, and install it to your PC.

Step2: Put DVD disc into DVD drive. Then hit the "Load DVD" button to load the DVD movie file to this software.

Step3: Extend the Profile, which is in the lower part of the window and the pull-down list shows. Then click the Common Video button and select MP4 as output format for your HP TouchPad.

Step4: Move your cursor to the "Start" icon and click,and the conversion starts. When it finishes, you can transfer the converted DVD video to the HP TouchPad. Then you can enjoy DVD movies at will.
